Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney for the Real Estate group to organize content, lead KM initiatives, and promote technology adoption across Construction, MFH, Public Finance, and Real Estate teams.

You will curate precedents, forms, and drafting guidance, develop KM strategies, and partner with KM leadership to drive innovation while ensuring confidentiality and client service excellence in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years in law firm KM or innovation.
• Experience with Real Estate, Construction, MFH, and Public Finance practice groups.

Responsibilities

• Embed as KM expert for Real Estate practice groups.
• Curate knowledge artifacts: precedents, models, forms.
• Develop and assess KM strategies and systems.
• Lead KM innovation projects and report ROI.
• Collaborate with KM leadership and Practice Management.
• Deliver training materials and live demonstrations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
