Job summary

Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum five (5) years KM/innovation experience in law firms.
- Deep knowledge of workflows in real estate, construction, MFH and public finance.
- Experience with legal research databases and KM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as embedded KM expert for assigned practice groups.
- Own and curate knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
- Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
- Create, organize and maintain model documents, precedents, templates.
- Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
- Vet, plan and execute KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals.
- Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Promote technology adoption and change management across the firm.
