This role drives efficiency by designing knowledge management solutions aligned with the firm’s goals, collaborating with KM, AI, and Practice Management teams while upholding data confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of law firm KM/innovation experience.
• Deep expertise in real estate, construction, MFH, and public finance workflows.
• Proficiency with knowledge management tools and technologies.
• Strong legal research and practice support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases.
• Develop and maintain KM strategies and systems.
• Create and maintain model documents, precedents, and templates.
• Vet and execute KM innovation projects with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with KM and AI partners to meet training needs.
