Five Star Network in Spokane, WA is seeking motivated individuals to join our Junior Broker program. This pathway supports newcomers with up to two years of experience to accelerate development through proven methods, innovative technology, coaching, and structured accountability.

You’ll access revenue sharing, health insurance, profit sharing, vesting plans, and unique investment opportunities as you begin your real estate journey.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our 90 Day New Agent Training program
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and daily trainings
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and show homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct six open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
