Place Network Agents is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our premier North American team in Florida. You will leverage PLACE Launch and PLACE Technology to generate leads, consult with buyers and sellers, and convert opportunities into signed agreements.

Expect weekly coaching, scripting practice, and team collaboration to accelerate growth. With a commission-based structure and revenue sharing, you can build substantial earnings while receiving access to in-house marketing,

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues; organized and time-managed.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and listing services.

Compensation

$100,000 – $199,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
