Job summary

Five Star Network in Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho seeks a Showing Partner to learn from top agents. You will drive between properties, host private tours, and showcase homes while collecting client feedback for the lead agent.

This role requires evenings and weekend availability and a proactive approach to growing your client pipeline. As part of a powered by PLACE team, you gain in-house marketing, daily professional development, and access to technology that reduces daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License.
• Reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a smartphone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Absolute flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive between properties and know local neighborhoods or be a master at GPS.
• Host private tours, open lockboxes, and guide buyers through homes.
• Evenings and weekends: readiness to show listings outside standard hours.
• Gather detailed client feedback and relay it to the lead agent to narrow search.
• Assist in writing offers with the lead agent to submit quickly.
• Lead generation: spend 10+ hours weekly calling leads and conducting open houses.
• Participate in team script practice and weekly coaching to sharpen sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving and Touring: You will spend a lot of time in your car driving between properties. You need to know the local neighborhoods or be a master at GPS.
• Hosting Private Tours: You will meet buyers at properties, open lockboxes, guide them through the house, and highlight the pros and cons of each property.
• Evenings and Weekends: This is not a 9 to 5 job. Buyers look at houses when they are off work. If a hot new listing hits the market on Saturday morning, you need to be ready to show it.
• Gathering Real Feedback: You will take detailed notes on what clients love and hate about each house, then relay that crucial data back to the lead agent so we can narrow down the search.
• Writing Offers: When a buyer falls in love with a house, you will help write up the offer alongside the lead agent to get it submitted fast.
• Lead Generation: You will spend at least 10 hours a week actively hunting for new business and growing your own pipeline by calling leads and conducting open houses.
• Constant Learning: You will participate in team script practice, technology training, and weekly 1-to-1 coaching sessions to sharpen your sales skills.
