Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Convert leads into appointments by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized database of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Participate in daily training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Track and report on sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Compensation
