Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team in a pivotal support role for recruitment and expansion.

You will be the first contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, meetings, and CRM management while collaborating with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to drive SERHANT.'s expansion efforts. Responsibilities include calling and texting candidates, scheduling pitches, and maintaining engagement through the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and outreach by calling potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.'s value proposition and handle objections to create opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Growth Managers in current markets.
• Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged in recruitment.
• Serve as the first contact for recruitment leads from the CEO and update CRM records.
• Assist in administrative tasks within Growth department as needed.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and Team Leaders to refine prospecting strategies.
• Drive engagement with new and existing leads through follow-ups.
