Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Real Estate Finance as a Service (FaaS) Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting for multiple private clients in a shared services model. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and provide financial insights to senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, and forecast support, with exposure to cloud-based technology stack and collaboration with CEOs, COOs and CFOs. U.S.-based relocation or Denver area preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred or in-process.
• Experience in property-level accounting and finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate financials.
• Experience with real estate technology systems (Yardi, MRI).
• Public accounting or professional services background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions for multiple clients.
• Lead, coach and motivate client services teams and supervisors.
• Review monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial information to provide actionable insights.
• Define engagement budgets and manage project economics.
• Oversee onboarding of new FaaS clients and write statements of work.
