Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking a hands-on field coordinator who will be the on-site presence for inspections and closings in Edmond and nearby Oklahoma locales. You will physically be at properties, sign in/out, and ensure timely handoffs of earnest money and documents.

Newly licensed agents are welcomed, with the chance to gain inside experience by observing multiple contract closings weekly. The role involves significant driving between Edmond, OKC, Piedmont, and Midwest City, plus weather

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Oklahoma is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate tasks at property sites and with vendors.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Be present at home inspections and property closings.
• Sign in at the ground and manage sign in/out materials.
• Meet vendors (e.g., septic) at the property gate and coordinate with title.

Job description

We are hiring someone to be our person in the field.

Most of what a transaction coordinator does happens at a desk, and we have automated a great deal of it. What we cannot automate is somebody standing at a house.

That is this job. You are at the inspection. You put the sign in the ground and take it back out. You meet the septic vendor at the gate, run the earnest money to title, and sit at the closing table with a set of keys.

It is not the leftovers. It is the half of the work that has an address attached, and it is the half that fails loudest when nobody does it.

You will be in your car a lot - Edmond, Oklahoma City, Piedmont, Midwest City. Weather included.

This is also one of the best seats in this business for a newly licensed agent. Most new agents spend their first year never seeing a contract close from the inside. You would see several a week.
