Job summary

The Salvation Army Midland Divisional Headquarters is seeking a Real Estate and Development Director with corporate and/or commercial real estate experience to join our team. This is a salaried position with a very generous benefits package.

Starting pay is between $100,000 and $130,000 per year depending upon education and experience. You will oversee property strategy, acquisitions, lease negotiations, and construction projects, while ensuring TSA policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA is a strong plus.
• Corporate/commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience leading property, lease, and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, acquisitions, and sale contracts with due diligence.
• Oversee lease negotiations and financial analysis for renewals.
• Supervise negotiations with contractors, architects, and vendors.
• Manage all construction projects to schedule and budget.
• Oversee insurance claims processing and vendor payments.
