Oversee lease negotiations and financial analysis for renewals.
Supervise negotiations with contractors, architects and vendors on property matters.
Manage construction projects within schedule and budget and secure approvals.
Oversee insurance claims handling and payments related to property.
Provide leadership and development for Property Department staff.
