Anywhere is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our real estate operations team in Los Gatos, CA. You will handle data entry, process listings and pending transactions, and maintain extensive database records while supporting agents with questions and paperwork compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data entry or real estate support, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy and timely service across branches.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in data entry, customer service or real estate related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (written and oral)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with speed and accuracy
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with different audiences
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and auditing documentation for proper placement in the system
• Enter information, upload documents and photos into MLS
• Create and manage transactions in the operating system
• Send communication to Sales Associates regarding incomplete files
• Work with Agent Services staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Provide customer support to all agents and supporting staff at branches
• Additional duties as required by business need
