Role Description

This full-time Real Estate Consultant role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Cleveland area, with a mix of in-person client and property visits and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing, and property strategies, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction. The Real Estate Consultant will conduct property showings, host open houses, prepare and present listing proposals, and support clients with offer preparation, negotiation, and contract execution. The role also involves maintaining accurate client and transaction records, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other partners, and using online tools and marketing channels to promote listings. The consultant is expected to provide responsive, high-quality customer service while upholding ethical standards and local real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license (or willingness and ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate clearly with diverse clients, and provide consultative guidance.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills relevant to real estate transactions.
• Comfort with hybrid work: meeting clients and visiting properties across Greater Cleveland, combined with remote administrative and marketing tasks.
