Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, NY. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property search, viewings, pricing discussions, and offer negotiations. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to support smooth transactions. The role also involves managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. The Property Consultant is expected to represent Y THE BROKERS professionally, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.
