Job summary

Jobot, a San Diego-based law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our attorneys with a mix of litigation-related and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

We require 3+ years of litigation experience; a Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is strongly preferred. You will prepare documents, manage files, perform e-filing, and coordinate calendars while contributing to a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation support.
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files (both electronic and physical).
• Perform e-filing and assist with court-related deadlines.
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.
