The ideal candidate will be California-licensed with 3+ years of business litigation experience and strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of business litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, discovery, briefs and related legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings and law & motion.
• Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
• Perform legal research to support case development and motion work.
