Ultipro is seeking a Settlement Closer to manage the closing process for real estate transactions. The role involves reviewing title commitments, clearing titles, preparing final closing documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties.

Candidates must handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and communicate effectively. Required: at least 3 years in title insurance, strong knowledge of closing procedures, and ability to collaborate with lenders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in Title Insurance.
• 2 years as a settlement closer preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review documentation provided to clear title.
• Respond in a timely and professional manner with customers and sales agents.
• Conduct closing.
• Disbursement of funds.
• Record documentation with County.
• Address post-closing escrows.
