You will ensure accurate disbursement of funds, prepare closing documents, balance figures, and execute packages while coordinating with attorneys and lenders.

The role requires 3+ years in escrow, strong real estate document literacy, and proficiency with MS Office and title software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional escrow experience.
• Experience in the title industry.
• Ability to write professional correspondence and routine reports.
