JLL in Atlanta seeks an ambitious Associate Broker to support senior brokers, participate in a 13-week training program, and help develop business opportunities within commercial real estate. You will create client presentations, analyze market data, and collaborate on proposals.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven strategy, and hands-on exposure to negotiations and market analysis to accelerate career growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 13-week training and networking program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to brokers and clients.
• Work with senior brokers on new business proposals and marketing materials.
• Prepare client presentations and lease market comparisons.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide market and industry information to clients and maintain prospect contacts.
• Contribute to local market research requests and quarterly market decks.
• Review and understand financial models, cash flows, and valuation models.
