Job summary

RealtySouth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, including Agents and staff, and to drive profitability.

You will recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing sales team, work with management and affiliated partners, and implement programs to meet sales objectives. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of real estate regulations, budgeting and reporting, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in business related field or management training.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
• Licensed Broker; Realtor/Broker track record desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations for one or more real estate offices, including agents and staff.
• Recruit, develop, train and retain sales associates and office staff.
• Develop leadership training for agents and staff.
• Collaborate with executive management and affiliates to execute programs and objectives.
• Manage staff, provide reporting, attend meetings.
