Job summary

Adecco Group in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding both new and existing client relationships while leading a high-performing branch team. You will set sales plans, recruit and develop top talent, and ensure exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include managing the branch P&L, costs, and budgets, delivering quarterly business reviews, and maintaining strong client communications to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is a plus.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and expand current ones.
• Manage day-to-day performance of recruiters and staff, coaching and development.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and cost-control measures.
• Present monthly/ quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with SLAs and KRIs.
