Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire team members to drive branch profitability.
• Present loan solutions to customers to help achieve financial goals.
• Maintain branch operations solvency and proper cash controls.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee staffing needs with Recruiting and District Supervisors.
• Approve and close loans when necessary.
