Responsibilities

• Evaluates branch structure and growth plans to promote efficiency and profitability.
• Oversees compliance with firm and regulatory policies.
• Reviews client accounts and resolves complaints.
• Coordinates registrations, continuing education and licensing of branch personnel.
• Oversees daily trading and office activities.
• Facilitates sales promotion activities and informs FAs about new products.
• Develops and monitors branch revenue and expense budgets.
