Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent. Real Estate Agents will represent buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords, guiding clients through property searches, showings, listing presentations, negotiations, and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting market analyses, preparing and updating listings, coordinating marketing efforts for properties, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process. Agents will collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, while staying current on local market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate practices and local market regulations.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and transaction processes.
• Candidates should also demonstrate strong negotiation abilities, basic technology proficiency (CRM systems, MLS, office software), reliable transportation, and the capacity to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
