Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in GEORGIA. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full real estate transaction lifecycle, including prospecting, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and coordinating inspections and appraisals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an active client pipeline, researching local market trends and property values, hosting open houses, and providing timely, clear communication to buyers, sellers, and other parties. The role also involves preparing listing presentations, managing marketing materials for properties, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with brokers, lenders, and closing attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Property to effectively market listings and guide clients through purchase and sale processes.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide a positive client experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to represent client interests and resolve issues professionally.
• Ability to work on-site in GA, manage a flexible schedule, and travel locally for showings and appointments.
• Proficiency with real estate software, MLS systems, and basic office technology; familiarity with digital marketing and social media is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred; knowledge of the Gainesville, GA area and local market conditions is an advantage.
