Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the applicable state.
• Strong sales skills and ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to closing.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts including valuation, contracts, and transactions.
• Strong negotiation abilities, tech proficiency, reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
