Home Buyers Realty and HBR Team Powered by PLACE in California is seeking licensed real estate agents to grow their business through proactive lead generation, client relationships, and defined production goals. Based in Tracy, CA, the team offers established systems, coaching, PLACE CRM, and marketing support to help agents convert prospects into clients and close more deals.

- Licensed real estate professional in California.
- 3+ years' real estate sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Conduct multiple open houses monthly based on team standards.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
- Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing services.

HBR Team is looking for motivated California real estate agents who want to grow their business through consistent lead generation, strong client relationships, and proven sales practices. Based in Tracy, California, HBR Team brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 3,000 homes sold. Our team has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the Central Valley, Tri-Valley, East Bay, and surrounding Northern California communities. This opportunity is open to both newly licensed and experienced agents who are comfortable taking initiative, following up with potential clients, and working toward clear production goals. We're looking for agents who want to actively develop their business, not depend entirely on leads being handed to them.
- Lead Generation Systems: Established prospecting, follow-up, and appointment-setting processes to help you develop a consistent sales pipeline.
- Business Opportunities: Access to available team-generated leads while building your own business through prospecting, referrals, open houses, and client relationships.
- Coaching and Accountability: Weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, script practice, and professional development through PLACE.
- Sales Training: Opportunities to strengthen your skills in buyer and seller consultations, handling objections, negotiations, and converting appointments into clients.
- Technology: PLACE CRM and business management tools to organize contacts, track activities, and manage follow-up.
- Marketing Support: Resources to help promote listings, communicate with clients, and develop your real estate business.
- Team Environment: Work alongside real estate professionals who value accountability, collaboration, and client service.
This is a 100% commission-based real estate sales position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed base salary.
Compensation is based on closed transactions, individual production, and applicable commission agreements. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and applicable professional expenses, including local REALTOR® association and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) membership.
