Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

In this role, you will assist clients throughout the complete process of buying, selling, and investing in property. By providing informed advice, tailored support, and careful attention to detail, you will help ensure every transaction remains organized, efficient, and positioned for success.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
