Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission pay ($45,000 – $110,000+ annually)

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

Core Responsibilities

• Attend Live Training: Participate in weekly group coaching sessions, monthly advanced workshops on luxury market dynamics, and recorded training modules on specific transaction types.
• Shadow & Learn: Observe senior agent client calls from Zillow Flex leads and company-sourced prospects, buyer consultations, and negotiation strategy, then execute similar scenarios under mentor review.
• Execute Coached Activities: Apply scripts and techniques from training to your daily BrokerBoost-routed and Zillow Flex lead interactions, recording calls and submitting them for weekly coaching feedback.
• Document Progress: Log all client interactions, conversion rates, and lessons learned to track your progression through the 8-deal graduation program.
