• Buyer & Seller Consultations: Conduct professional consultations and needs assessments to set up listings and buyer agreements across our five‑office footprint.
• Pipeline Progression: Track all leads through our stages (prospect, appointment, representation, contract, closed) and report activity weekly to your coach.
• Continuous Learning: Attend Breakthrough120 training, weekly coaching, and monthly sales meetings to refine your skills and stay connected to peer success.
