Responsibilities

• Client Prospecting & Qualification: Generate and qualify inbound buyer and seller inquiries using our CRM-tracked activity protocols, proven scripts, and assigned lead sources (warm referrals, Zillow leads, Facebook ads, expired listings).
• Property Showings & Consultations: Conduct professional listing consultations and buyer property tours across our five-office South Jersey footprint.
• Offer Coordination & Negotiation: Present and negotiate offers with professionalism and attention to contract terms, supported by our Transaction Coordinator.
• Consistent Activity Logging: Report daily and weekly activity (calls, meetings, contracts) to your assigned coach, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.
