Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill is recruiting ambitious real estate agents in the New Jersey area. After licensing, our structured launch pathway helps you close your first deals quickly rather than exiting the business, turning effort into momentum.

You'll receive coaching, admin support, and built-in lead sources, including warm referrals, Zillow leads, and Facebook ads, to grow your pipeline and income in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Responsabilités

• Client Prospecting & Qualification: Generate and qualify inbound buyer and seller inquiries using our CRM-tracked activity protocols, proven scripts, and assigned lead sources (warm referrals, Zillow leads, Facebook ads, expired listings).
• Property Showings & Consultations: Conduct professional listing consultations and buyer property tours across our five-office South Jersey footprint.
• Offer Coordination & Negotiation: Present and negotiate offers with professionalism and attention to contract terms, supported by our Transaction Coordinator.
• Consistent Activity Logging: Report daily and weekly activity (calls, meetings, contracts) to your assigned coach, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission pay ($35,000 - $85,000+ annually)

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Profit Share

Work Location: Camden, Burlington, Mercer & Ocean Counties in NJ - we also accept Philadelphia metro area
