Role Description

The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Smithville, MO. This position involves working directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through every step of the real estate process, including property showings, listing presentations, contract preparation, and transaction management. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining regular communication with leads and existing clients, conducting market research and comparative market analyses, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the Eric Craig Real Estate Team to develop marketing plans for listings, attend team meetings and local networking events, and ensure all activities comply with state and local real estate regulations. The role requires a strong focus on client service, follow-through, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, buying, and negotiation activities.
