Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in San Jose, CA. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and advising clients throughout the purchase and sale process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, managing listings, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation. The agent will collaborate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and escrow officers to ensure smooth closings while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves ongoing education, participation in brokerage training, and active engagement in the local market to build a strong pipeline of business.
