Job summary

FirstTeam® in Anaheim Hills/Tustin, CA, seeks a full-time Real Estate Agent. You will prospect for clients, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process, leveraging company tools and support to grow your personal brand.

You will perform market research, prepare listing proposals, draft and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and maintain regular client communication.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License and knowledge of local laws.

Role Description

This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Anaheim Hills and Tustin, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Real Estate Agent will prospect for new clients, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and presenting listing proposals, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and maintaining regular communication with clients. The agent will collaborate with the brokerage’s marketing and support teams to leverage company tools, manage online listings, and build a strong personal brand. The role also involves ongoing relationship management, networking, and adherence to all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of California and a solid understanding of real property laws and regulations.
