Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in residential and investment properties, from initial consultation through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual or in-person property showings, preparing and presenting listings, analyzing local market data, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiations. The agent will draft and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves prospecting and nurturing leads, maintaining an organized pipeline, and providing responsive, professional customer service via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Qualifications
