The Griffin Higgins Team at Keller Williams Realty in Maryland seeks a motivated real estate professional to grow listings and close deals. This commission-based role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities into appointments and signed buyer agreements.

With 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset, you will conduct open houses, price properties, stage listings, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Formación

• Licensed real estate professional with active license.
• 3+ years’ real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Your Opportunity

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
