Role Description

The Real Estate Agent will work on a contract basis and operate in a remote capacity, serving clients throughout Connecticut. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, and guiding clients through property searches and listing processes. The role involves preparing and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating showings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through inspections and closing activities. The agent will use market data, digital tools, and the team’s resources to provide accurate property valuations and strategic advice. Collaboration with The Gulino Team and adherence to company standards of client service and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations.
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Proven Sales experience with a focus on consultative selling in Real Property transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties.
• Familiarity with Connecticut real estate markets and local property trends is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and online listing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentation of market data and transaction steps.
• Reliable transportation for in-person showings and appointments when needed.
• Previous experience with a brokerage or real estate team is a plus.
