We dig deep, find decision-makers, and offer solutions that help them move forward. We’re not just selling offers — we’re solving problems.

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent Acquisitions Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for calling inbound and outbound leads, building rapport, identifying decision-makers, and negotiating win-win offers. Many leads involve deceased property owners, so calls often require delicacy, empathy, and persistence.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to leads using provided CRM and dialer tools
• Follow up with warm leads consistently to build trust and convert to contracts
• Identify the property’s decision-maker (heir, neighbor, friend, etc.) through deep prospecting
• Ask qualifying questions to gather information about the property, ownership, and seller situation
• Build rapport and educate sellers on the process
• Analyze property value and seller motivation to make offers
• Negotiate win-win purchase agreements using company scripts and training
• Log call notes and manage leads in the CRM
• Coordinate with disposition and transaction teams after contract acceptance

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of cold calling, sales, or acquisitions experience (real estate preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy — especially when speaking with heirs or grieving sellers
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working from home and using tech tools (dialers, CRMs, spreadsheets)
• Must complete DISC and Cognitive assessments as part of the application

Compensation:

• Base pay: $2K Salary per month, 40 hours a week
• Commission on net profits:

10% up to $25,000

12.5% from $25,000 to $50,000

15% over $50,000+
