This is a contract role for a Local Real Estate Acquisition at Local Homes Buyers. We're seeking an acquisition manager who will be on the ground representing the company, responsible for acquiring properties, negotiating deals, and managing the process until contracts are signed. The acquisition manager will collaborate with property owners to ensure successful and personal relationships. Once the contract is signed, the back office and dispositions team will take over, allowing the acquisition manager to focus solely on sales and closing as many deals as possible.
