Real Estate Acquisition Consultant - Virginia Beach/ Hampton Roads/ Richmond Area

Join House Buyers of America, Inc. as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant responsible for buying homes in the Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, and Richmond areas. This remote role involves following up on leads, valuing houses, estimating repairs, and closing deals, with in-person meetings required regularly. You must be located in Virginia and willing to drive to meetings.

Responsibilities

1. Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes.
2. Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
3. Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
4. Estimate repairs, determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
5. Meet with homeowners to present offers.
6. Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
