Real Estate Acquisition Consultant - Virginia Beach/ Hampton Roads/ Richmond Area

Join House Buyers of America, Inc. as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This role involves purchasing homes, following up on leads, valuing houses, estimating repairs, and closing deals. While primarily remote, you will conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients in Virginia, requiring driving to meetings.

Responsibilities

1. Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes
2. Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions
3. Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
4. Estimate repairs, determine ARV and As-Is values
5. Meet with homeowners to present offers
6. Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during closings

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding quotas via phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
