Fair Share Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment firm specializing in complex acquisitions, including inherited properties and probate issues. We seek an exceptional Acquisitions Closer to hunt, build relationships, and close stateside deals with a focus on Oregon markets.

You'll own your pipeline, work with research, legal, and operations to navigate obstacles, and push transactions to completion. Compensation is highly performance-based with significant upside.

Fair Share Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment company specializing in complex, high-value acquisitions involving inherited properties, probate, fractional ownership, and unresolved title issues.

Unlike traditional real estate wholesaling or house-flipping companies, we operate in a highly specialized corner of the industry, acquiring complicated ownership interests and solving problems that most investors don't know how to approach.

With more than 200 transactions completed and 7-10 new deals being generated every month, we've developed a proven business model supported by a very lean, high-performing team. We're now looking for an exceptional Acquisitions Closer to help us continue scaling.

This is a hunting position. We're looking for a relentless hunter who knows how to close.

Our research team invests significant time identifying, investigating, and developing highly targeted acquisition opportunities. You'll be provided with carefully researched prospects, established processes, and a team that's deeply invested in helping you succeed. However, these aren't inbound leads waiting for someone to call them.

You'll take ownership of your pipeline, proactively pursue opportunities, locate decision-makers, build relationships, and negotiate agreements. Throughout the process, you'll work closely with our research, legal, and operations teams to navigate complicated situations, overcome obstacles, and move transactions toward closing.

You’ll be the driving force behind your opportunities, but you’ll never be expected to figure everything out alone. We operate as a team, combining our resources, experience, and expertise to get deals across the finish line. Your job is to maintain the momentum, take initiative, and keep pushing forward.

Success in this position requires an uncommon combination of persistence, patience, resourcefulness, and influence. You need the determination to pursue opportunities that others would abandon and the emotional intelligence to connect with people, earn their trust, and navigate sensitive financial and family circumstances.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally competitive, takes extreme ownership of their results, welcomes feedback, and holds themselves to exceptionally high standards. Someone who hates losing, refuses to make excuses, and is committed to becoming the best at what they do.

The financial opportunity is substantial. Our average deal profits are significantly larger than traditional real estate investment transactions, creating the potential for exceptionally large commission checks.

We’ve intentionally designed one of the most aggressive compensation structures in our industry, including 15% commissions on deal profits, quarterly and annual performance bonuses, and lifetime achievement incentives. We also provide a $4,000 monthly base for the first four months while you learn the business and build your pipeline.

First-year on-target earnings are $100,000-$150,000 , with $250,000+ annual earning potential in year two and beyond as your pipeline matures. These are performance-based targets, not guaranteed earnings.

Real estate experience is preferred, but not required. We provide extensive in-house training and are far more interested in finding the right individual than someone with the perfect resume.
