Job summary

High Desert Property Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to help homeowners find solutions while building a lucrative career in real estate investing.

You’ll meet with motivated sellers by phone, video, and in person, build trust, evaluate properties, negotiate offers, and guide the process to a signed agreement.

Hybrid work environment with ramp-up pay for the first two months and 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

This isn't a cold-calling role. We generate the leads, our intake team qualifies them, and you step in to do what you do best—build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated homeowners by phone, video, and in person
