Your Day-to-Day

• Engage and convert pre-qualified seller leads
• Build trust quickly and uncover true seller motivation
• Analyze ARV, rehab costs, and comps with precision
• Negotiate purchase agreements that meet our profit targets
• Hand off signed contracts to our Transaction Coordination team and move to the next deal
• Maintain CRM and follow-up systems with discipline and accuracy
• Proven track record in sales (real estate, automotive, insurance, or similar)
• Competitive and driven — you hate losing more than you love winning
• Relentless follow-up and lightning-fast speed-to-lead response
• Comfort speaking with distressed sellers in sensitive situations
• Highly organized, coachable, and tech-savvy
