Cash4Keys- We Buy Homes in the Coconut Grove area of Miami is seeking a go-getter closer who can turn inbound leads into signed property acquisitions. You will meet owners, present offers, and close deals both in person and over the phone with a sense of urgency.

This role includes a 60–90 day ramp at $3,500 per month, followed by 10% commission. You must be bilingual (English/Spanish), coachable, and able to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Must be a go-getter with a strong sense of urgency and resilience.
• Coachable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing processes and systems.
• Able to close deals both in person and over the phone and meet owners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified appointments provided by lead managers.
• Work with pre-qualified inbound leads.
• Meet with property owners.
• Present offers.
• Close real estate acquisition deals.
• Close deals in person and over the phone.
• Aim for a 25% closing rate and generate at least $1.5 million in revenue.
• Adapt to changes in systems and processes as the team grows.
• Work as part of a young, high-energy acquisitions team.

We’re looking for a go-getter, high-energy salesperson who knows how to close, doesn't take no for an answer, and has a strong sense of urgency.

In this role, you’ll work with qualified, inbound leads and appointments provided by our lead managers. You’ll meet with property owners, present offers, and close deals both in person and over the phone.

About Us

We are a young, hungry, high-energy, and intense team based in the Coconut Grove area of Miami.

We currently have a team of five and are continuing to build our acquisitions team.

We invest over $100,000 per month in marketing , with all leads coming inbound. Our lead managers provide qualified Hot and Warm appointments to the acquisitions team.

What You’ll Do
