Acquisition Reps is seeking top-performing closers for real estate acquisitions with strong closing skills. You will engage homeowners facing various situations, present offers, and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

Training is provided, and compensation is heavily commission-based with substantial upside for high performers. Most roles are remote or hybrid, with base draws and performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-ticket sales or direct-to-consumer closers roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Turn difficult seller conversations into profitable contracts by building trust and negotiating within approved pricing.
• Respond to new leads quickly to maximize closing opportunities and manage inbound inquiries.
• Follow up aggressively across multiple touchpoints to move opportunities toward signed contracts.
• Learn and apply the company’s underwriting process, offer rules, margins, and deal structures to close profitable contracts.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and document next steps for every interaction, ensuring a clean pipeline.
