Job summary

Amerco Real Estate Company seeks a full-time Real Estate Representative for in-person work in Midtown Phoenix. You will collaborate with management to negotiate, investigate, and coordinate property acquisitions across the U.S. and Canada, with potential travel.

Responsibilities include evaluating offers, conducting location analyses, preparing agreements, and coordinating closings. Arizona Real Estate License is preferred or 4+ years of related experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or business-related field.
• Arizona Real Estate License (preferred) or 4+ years of related real estate experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate offers received and negotiate price and terms with buyers or their agent.
• Coordinate location analysis of potential acquisitions; determine valuations with appraisers/brokers.
• Negotiate purchase price and terms with seller or broker; modify as needed.
• Order and evaluate surveys, appraisals, soil tests and environmental assessments.
• Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements; review Title Commitment and closing documents.
• Close transactions by coordinating funds to title company escrow.
• Coordinate with Accounting for mortgage satisfaction and releases.
• Prepare acquisitions/dispositions proposals with relevant info.
• Represent AREC and U-Haul professionally to brokers and industry groups.
