AMERCO Real Estate Company and U-Haul are seeking a Real Estate Representative II to negotiate and coordinate property acquisitions. You will prepare purchase agreements, establish escrow, and evaluate offers with a focus on strategic growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related real estate experience and a Bachelor’s degree in real estate or business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate transaction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or similar field like business.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, investigate, and coordinate property acquisitions.
• Prepare purchase and sale agreements per policy.
• Establish escrow by reviewing title requirements and closing docs.
• Evaluate offers and negotiate price/terms with buyers or agents.
• Coordinate location analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Determine property valuations with appraisers and brokers.
• Negotiate purchase price and terms with seller or broker.
• Order and evaluate surveys, appraisals, soil tests, and env assessments.
• Prepare acquisition, sale, or surplus proposals with pertinent info.
• Represent AMERCO Real Estate Company and U-Haul in a professional light.
